Sinful Almonds

500g compound chocolates
300g roasted shredded almonds
1 cup cocoa powder (to garnished)
few aluminium cases (small heart-shaped or round)

Method:
  1. Heat in low heat. Boil water till bubble.
  2. Using a double-boiler, melt the chocolate till melt.
  3. Once it is, pour a spoonful into the mould, half then add the almonds.
  4. Pour the chocolate to cover the almonds. Sprinkle the cocoa once it is half-set.
  5. Make sure the chocolate in the boiler didn't set.
