Roasted Almond Cookies

100g icing sugar
150g corn flour
290g flour
1 tsp bicarbonate soda
4 tbsp butter
300g roasted ground & crushed almonds

Method:
  1. In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients till it become a soft dough.
  2. Rest it in the fridge about 15mins.
  3. Preheat oven 150 celsius.
  4. Roll the dough about 1cm thickness.
  5. Cut round & arrange in a greased baking tray.
  6. Bake about 25mins - 30mins or till golden.
