150g corn flour
290g flour
1 tsp bicarbonate soda
4 tbsp butter
300g roasted ground & crushed almonds
Method:
- In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients till it become a soft dough.
- Rest it in the fridge about 15mins.
- Preheat oven 150 celsius.
- Roll the dough about 1cm thickness.
- Cut round & arrange in a greased baking tray.
- Bake about 25mins - 30mins or till golden.
