Fruity Delights

5 passion fruit (cut half & scoop the flesh)
300g raspberries
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp grated orange rind
2 tbsp squeeze orange juice
50g roasted almond flakes


Method:
  1. Mix the cream, orange rind, juice together & keep aside.
  2. Divide passion in a few oven-proof mould.
  3. Pour the cream mixture, arrange the berries & spread the remaining cream.
  4. Sprinkle the sugar, bake about 5mins.
  5. When serving, sprinkle the almonds.
