300g raspberries
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp grated orange rind
2 tbsp squeeze orange juice
50g roasted almond flakes
Method:
- Mix the cream, orange rind, juice together & keep aside.
- Divide passion in a few oven-proof mould.
- Pour the cream mixture, arrange the berries & spread the remaining cream.
- Sprinkle the sugar, bake about 5mins.
- When serving, sprinkle the almonds.
