Cheese Cupcake

200g cream cheese
175 self-raising flour (sifted)
150g butter
150g caster sugar
3 eggs
few pcs cupcake mould
2 tbsp butter (brush onto the mould)

Method:
  1. In a mixer bowl, beat butter, sugar, vanilla, eggs & flour till fluffy.
  2. Fold the cheese & mix altogether.
  3. Pour 3/4 mixture into the mould & bake till golden brown.
  4. Sprinkle with icing sugar or cocoa powder.
