Fruity Bar

100g oats
100g flaxseed
50g sesame seeds
50g wheatgerm

Method:
  1. Toast all these about 10mins & keep aside
200g mixed fruits & nuts
5 tbsp molasses
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp orange peels
salt to taste

Method:
  1. In a bowl, mix all these together including the toasted ingredients.
  2. Spread mixture evenly onto rectangle tray.
  3. Bake about 20mins.
  4. Cut into a bar before it turns cool.
