Smoked Sandwiches

1 sour dough bread (slice)

500g green broad bean (boiled & peel the skin)
100 dried mushroom
2 onions (diced)
4 garlic (diced)
2 tbsp lemon juice
salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
500g smoked roasted beef
500g smoked salmon
few stalk of asparagus (steam & cut into half)
200g mozzarella cheese

Method:


  1. Heat in medium heat, pour oil in a wok, stir in onion, garlic, mushroom, broad beans, salt & pepper.
  2. Blend these into a smooth paste with some water & lemon juice.
  3. Spread the paste onto each of the bread, garnish with beef or salmon.
  4. Decorate with asparagus cover with the cheese.
  5. Toast till cheese melted & brown.
  6. Garnished with lettuce, cucumber & tomatoes.
