Salmon with Pine Nuts

200g smoked salmon (slice thinly)

50g roasted pine nuts
1 sprig lettuce
20g capers
1 onion (slice round)
2 garlic (grated)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 pcs sun dried tomatoes (diced)
2 tbsp wasabi

Method:
  1. In a bowl… mix onion, garlic, tomatoes, wasabi, capers & olive oil… thoroughly.
  2. Lay lettuce on the plate, arrange the salmon neatly & pour the oil mixture.
  3. Keep cool in the fridge for 20mins.Lastly when serve, sprinkle with pine nuts.
