Shepherd Pie

1kg diced potato (steam & mashed)
3 tbsp sambal garlic
3/4 cup Nestle Light Sour Cream
1/2 cup Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese, divided
1/2kg ground beef
2 tbsp flour
4 cups mixed vegetables
2 tbsp garlic & tomato sauce
2 tbsp oil


Method:
  1. Heat in medium fire, pour oil & stir in mash potatoes & sambal garlic in large saucepan
  2. Add sour cream till smooth, add in 1/4 cup cheese. Keep aside.
  3. Preheat oven 375°F
  4. Stir beef in large nonstick skillet, add flour then cook 1 min.
  5. Add vegetables & sauce, cook about 5 mins.
  6. Spoon into 8-inch square baking dish, cover with potatoes.
  7. Bake 15 min, sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese till melted & golden brown.
