Pizza

2 tbsp wet yeast (soak with water)
1kg flour (leave a bit out)
1 tbsp olive oil
salt to taste
2 tbsp oregano crushed

Method-Dough:
  1. Add flour, salt, oregano, oil & water-yeast (a little at a time) then knead.
  2. Till it become a dough, then make a ball, the size of your own.
  3. If it is sticky, add a little bit of the flour & knead again till your finger don’t have the stickiness.
  4. In a big bowl, sprinkle some flour & arrange all the dough, using a dry wet cloth, cover it & keep aside.
  5. The dough will raise & light.
  6. Once it become fluffy, knead it again with the extra flour till the bowl & your finger are clean up, keep aside.
500g minced meats
2 pcs red/green chilies (sliced)
2 onions (sliced)
2 tbsp sambal garlic (depend on your taste bud)
salt to taste

Method:
  1. Heat in medium fire, add in the minced meat in a saucepan, chilies, onions, sambal garlic, salt to taste till the meat is tender. Keep aside.
  2. U can see that I don’t add any oil coz the meat already have their own fats.
Garnish:

1 cup of pineapple (diced)
1 cup of button mushroom (sliced)
1 cup of black olives (cut into half)
1 cup of mozzarella cheese (shredded)
2 tbsp of oregano (crushed)
1 cup of garlic & tomatoes sauces


Method:
  1. Roll the dough in a small mould or by own sizes.
  2. Spread the sauces, minced meats.
  3. Arrange the pineapple, mushroom, olives, cheese.
  4. Lastly sprinkle the oregano.
  5. Bake till the cheese melted & golden brown.
Tips: If u have leftover dough, u can bake it by itself or make a bun with filling inside it & u need to brush it with white egg.
