Salted Fish in Pineapple Delights

2 or 3 pcs of salted fish (cut into half – soaked)
2 onion (pounded not so fine)
4 red chilies (pounded not so fine)
3 cloves of garlic (pounded not so fine)
50cts dried shrimp (pounded not so fine)
2 tbsp turmeric powder
salt to taste
½ whole ripe pineapple (sliced as u wish)
500ml coconut milk - light (100ml – thick, keep aside)
¼ ltr jug of water

Method:
  1. Pour 500ml coconut milk together with ¼ ltr jug of water, stir in together turmeric powder, pounded ingredients, salt.
  2. Boil till bubble, add in salted fish & pineapples, wait till 10mins before add in the last 100ml coconut milk.
  3. Once the pineapple are soft, keep aside.
  4. Serve with white rice, sambal mango or acar limes.
