2 fresh edible rose (pluck the petals) keep aside
1 sprig lettuce (shredded)
2 onion (slice)
5 tbsp capers
1 red / yellow capsicum (slice)
2 sprigs dill (chopped)
2 tbsp olive oil
few lemon wedges
Method:
- Prepare a few transparent glass bowl & arrange the lettuce.
- Sprinkle salmon, dill, capers, onion, capsicum. Repeat the same process.
- Cover & keep cool in the fridge about an hour. Lastly sprinkle the oil & garnish rose petals & lemon wedges.
