1 or 2 Black pomprets
2 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp turmeric powder
salt to taste
2 cup oil
1 cup sambal garlic
1 or 2 small lime
Method:
- Wash pompret till clean & cut half.
- Smear the fish till it is covered with paprika, turmeric powder, salt.
- Heat in medium fire, pour oil in the wok & fry the fish till golden brown.
- Strain & keep aside.
- In a saucepan, add the sambal garlic & pompret, stir continuously in a low fire.
- Serve with squeeze lime juice, together with lettuce.
