Raita Mango

1 cup chilled mango yoghurt
1 onion (sliced & diced)
1 red capsicum (sliced & diced)
1 tbsp lime juice

Method:
  1. In a bowl, mix all & stir evenly, keep cool in the fridge before serving.
  2. Deliciously eaten with briyani or yellow rice or nachos
