Paradise Cucumber Garden

2 pcs sea cucumber (clean & slice small ring)
100g broccoli (cut small piece)
1 carrot (cut small piece)
100g crab stick (cut half)
100g prawns
5 clove of garlic (pound finely)
salt & white pepper to taste
2 tbsp oil
1 sprig spring onion
1 tbsp roasted black sesame seeds


Method:
  1. Heat in medium fire, pour oil in a wok & fry the garlic.
  2. Once fragrance, add the vegetables, salt & pepper… stir continuously.
  3. Add the seafood & stir another 20mins.
  4. Garnish with spring onion & sprinkle with sesame seeds.
