Fried Rice

2 bowl cooked rice (depend, how many people)
2 onion (pounded – not too fine)
2 garlic (pounded – not too fine)
4 red / green chilies (pounded – not too fine)
50 cents anchovies (soak & pounded – not too fine)
salt to taste
2 tbsp oil
$1 salted fish (slice into small bits & fry)
 
Method:
  1. Heat in medium fire. Pour in 2 tbsp oil, stir in onion, garlic, chilies, anchovies, salt to taste.
  2. Stir in the rice & salted fish bits. Fry continuosly about 10mins. Off the fire.
