Mozzarella Pine Salads

200g mozzarella cheese (slice thinly)
2 tomatoes (slice round)
20g roasted pine nuts
2 tbsp olive oil
1 sprig lettuce (cut half)
1 onion (slice round & break it out)
1 sprig dill (diced)

Method:
  1. Lay lettuce on plate with alternate cheese with tomatoes. Sprinkle with onion, dill, oil.
  2. Keep cool before serve & sprinkle with nuts
