Mussel In Sea

1kg mussel (brush the shell & clean)
$1 dried shrimp (pounded not so fine)
2 big onion (pounded not so fine)
3 cloves of garlic (pounded not so fine)
2 pcs red / green chilies (pounded not so fine)
2 stalk of lemongrass (smashed)
1 pc of turmeric leave (tear into 2)
2 tbsp turmeric powder
2 tomatoes (cut into 4)
750 ml coconut milk - light /250ml - thick)
salt to taste

Method:
  1. Pour light coconut milk in a pot, stir in the pastes, lemongrass, turmeric leaves.
  2. Add in salt to taste. Stir continuosly.
  3. Once it is boiled, add in the mussel, tomatoes.
  4. Lastly once the gravy bubble again, add the last 250ml thick coconut milk, boil another 5mins.
  5. Serve with white rice, fried salted fish, sambal mango or acar limes.
