Lasagna

200g beef / mutton / chicken (minced)   
60cts bryani spice
1 big onion
3 cloves of garlic
1" ginger
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp ground oregano
1 can mushroom soup
100g mozzarella cheese (shredded)
salt & pepper to taste
200g lasagna
2 tbsp butter
2 cup water
Few pcs of aluminium foil mould

Method:
  1. Heat in medium fire, pour water in pot... once bubble, stir in the butter & soak the lasagna skin till soft & keep aside.
  2. Pour olive oil in wok, stir fry the onion, garlic, ginger, bryani spice till fragrance.
  3. Add salt & pepper to taste. Lastly stir in the meat, cook till meat tender. Off  the fire & keep aside.
  4. Butter the mould, spread the lasagna skin, top with meat & mushroom soup, sprinkle with oregano & repeat the process till u have 2 layer of each, lastly sprinkle the top with generous mozzarella cheese & bake till golden brown.
  5. Serve hot.
