Grilled Salmon Steak

200g fresh salmon fillet
1 tbsp green  & red fresh chili (diced)
1 tsp fish sauce

Method:
  1. Marinate salmon, chili & fish sauce about 15mins & keep aside.
Multiply of fresh broccoli & baby carrots (steam together with 2 tbsp butter)
1 sprig lettuce
1 lemon (cut into 4 wedges)
2 potatoes (cut in wedges fry together with 1 cup oil)
1 small bowl cream of tartar (garnishes)

Method:
  1. Grill the salmon with chili bits in medium heat till cooked.
  2. Garnish the lettuce, broccoli, carrots, potatoes, lemon, salmon together with cream tartar.
