1 tbsp green & red fresh chili (diced)
1 tsp fish sauce
Method:
- Marinate salmon, chili & fish sauce about 15mins & keep aside.
1 sprig lettuce
1 lemon (cut into 4 wedges)
2 potatoes (cut in wedges fry together with 1 cup oil)
1 small bowl cream of tartar (garnishes)
Method:
- Grill the salmon with chili bits in medium heat till cooked.
- Garnish the lettuce, broccoli, carrots, potatoes, lemon, salmon together with cream tartar.
