Fried Silver Fish

500g medium fresh silver fish
50g corn flour
1 egg
Water
salt & black pepper powder to taste
2 cup oil

Method:
  1. Beat egg, stir in flour, salt, pepper to taste.
  2. Stir in water, make a good coating. Blend all the fish in.
  3. Heat in medium fire, pour the oil & fry the coated fish. Off the fire & keep aside.
Half of green / red / yellow capsicum (diced)
2 onion (diced)
3 cloves garlic (diced)

Method:
  1. Heat in medium fire & pour 1 tbsp oil together with capsicum, onion & garlic till crispy
  2. Lastly add the coated fish, sprinkle salt & off the fire.
  3. Serve with rice or as snack.
