Duck meat in wanton bed

2 boneless duck breast
salt & black pepper powder to taste
1 tbsp oil

Method:
  1. Heat in medium fire. Pour oil in wok & fry the meat together with salt & pepper. Off the fire & keep aside.
10 shallots (diced)
5 cloves garlic (diced)
2" ginger (diced)
2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 tbsp black pepper (ground)
10 pcs wanton skin
1 cup oil
salt to taste
2  sprig lettuce
1 small bowl cranberry sauces (garnish)

Method:
  1. Heat in medium fire, pour 1 cup oil & fry the wanton skin till golden brown, make sure it didn't curl. Keep aside.
  2. In the same wok, drain the oil... leaving 1 tbsp oil.
  3. Stir in the diced mixture, black pepper, soy sauce, salt to taste.
  4. Cook about 10mins, add in the duck meat. Off the fire. Keep aside.
  5. Arrange the lettuce, top with fried wanton & 1 or 2 tbsp meat & garnish with cranberry sauces.
  6. Serve as snack.
