Cream Cheese Cake

3 cups flour
250g butter
200g cream cheese
6 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla essence
salt & sugar to taste

Method:
  1. In a mixing bowl.. beat butter, salt & sugar till creamy.
  2. One at a time, add in the eggs, vanilla & cream cheese... beat still smooth.
  3. Fold in the flour, combined altogether.
  4. Brush the flan with butter & pour the mixture.
  5. Bake till golden brown.
