Curry Cereal Prawns

500g medium fresh prawns (cut open the back & cleaned)                
2 tbsp turmeric powder
salt to taste
2 cups of oil
2 sprig curry leaves


Method:
  1. Mix together the prawns, turmeric & salt to taste.
  2. Heat a medium fire. Pour the oil & fry the prawns till it turn crispy. Keep aside
  3. Fry the leaves till crispy. 
2 green / red chilies (sliced)
2 tbsp butter
150g instant cereal


Method:
  1. Heat a medium fire. Pour the butter till it melt, add in the chilies.
  2. Add in the prawns & curry leaves, saute about 5mins.Turn off the fire.
  3. Lastly add the instant cereal & stir till the prawns are coated with the cereal.
