Banana Sauces

2 ripe bananas (smashed into puree)
500ml banana milk drink
2 tbsp corn flour (stir with water till no lump)
1 tbsp honey

Method:

  1. Heat in low fire, boil banana milk in a pot, add in honey & stir continuosly.
  2. Add in the bananas, once the milk comes to bubble, pour in the corn water mixture.
  3. Stir till it is thicken.Keep cool aside.
  4. If there is leftover, keep the sauces covered in the fridge.
  5. Serve with steamed glutinous rice, waffles or pancakes.
